Monhegan Brewing Company operates on Monhegan Island, an unbridged island about ten miles out to sea. Monhegan Island is only accessible by boat.

Monhegan's year-round mail boat offers three trips per day during the high season (Memorial Weekend - October 1) and more limited schedules in early May and October.

Offers travel to Monhegan from New Harbor, Memorial Weekend - Indigenous Peoples' Day.
