Learn about a few of our favorites

Balmy Days Citra Kölsch

Label: Courtesy of Dylan Metrano

Pilsner malt, a touch of wheat, and German Kölsch yeast give this beer its traditional light body and slightly sweet flavor.   Unlike traditional Kölsch, a generous amount of Citra hops give it a punch of citrusy aroma and hoppy bitterness.  Perfect for summer!

Trap Stacker Special Ale

A fall seasonal beer, Trap Stacker is malty, toasty and rich!  Initial malt complexity is followed by a nice hop bitterness and aroma.  The higher ABV provides a warming alcohol finish.  Great for trucking traps in October!

Island Farm Double IPA

image3

A nod to Island Farm, who use all our spent grain in their farming, and grow hops for this beer, brewed just before the harvest every year.  A quintessential DIPA, with rich malty flavors, just the right amount of hop bitterness, and a juicy hop finish.

Rusticator Doppelbock

A red doppelbock with a beautiful ruby hue, rich malty flavors and a slightly sweet finish.  Delicious!!

Mad Cow Milk Stout

A lower ABV stout with malty, roasty, chocolatey notes.  Lactose gives this beer sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel.

Crow's Nest IPA

Pilsner malt and oats make for a light and smooth mouthfeel.  El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra hops make up the hops bill.

Black Head Russian Imperial Stout

Brewed in the fall to age over the winter, this deep rich stout is remembered and requested by visitors from year to year.  Rich toasty flavors and dark fruit aromas make this beer one to savor and enjoy!
